WELCOME

I'm Ali Mackenzie White, the founder of Ali Grace Wellness. Here you will find movement and mindfulness to feel good.

I’m a Buckinghamshire/Bedfordshire based yoga and pilates teacher with a passion for holistic wellbeing. I'm here to empower you to feel good on and off the mat by sharing the practice of yoga, inviting this ancient practice into our modern lifestyle and guiding you to find strength and stability through the practice of Pilates.

 

I teach group classes at The Studio in Leighton Buzzard and online, and offer 1:2:1 Reformer Pilates from my home studio.

I have been practicing both Yoga & Pilates for over 12 years and have 10 years teaching experience having worked with a wide range of clients in the UK and internationally, I have also hosted events and retreats and taught in the corporate world.

Live classes - Join me for weekly live classes, at The Studio (Leighton Buzzard) or on Zoom!

You can pay as you go, or commit to your practice and join a monthly membership.

 

Online Studio -  I have created this online studio to support you and your practice. For just £12 a month, you will have unlimited access to 'on-demand' classes. New classes are added each month and you can cancel your subscription anytime.

Reformer Pilates - Taught on a 1:2:1 basis from my home studio,  this method allows you to progress from the Pilates mat work exercises at a much faster pace, in a safe environment.

ABOUT

Yoga - There are many forms of Yoga, and Yoga can mean something different to everyone, but most importantly Yoga is for everyone. Traditionally Yoga was used as a way of life, to open the mind, and detoxify. Today it is more a physical practice, most people practicing a program of physical postures designed to purify the body and provide the physical strength. 

 

Pilates - Exercises created by Joseph Pilates are taught to improve your posture, enhance and improve daily used movements, improve your strength, balance and stability. We will elongate, isolate and target specific body parts for a strong and mobile body.

 

Reformer Pilates - The Pilates reformer is one of the most versatile pieces of Pilates equipment in the entire Pilates industry and allows a client to progress from the Pilates mat work exercises at a much faster pace. The unique spring system of the reformer means that you can begin to add resistance to the movements right from the beginner series of movement.One of the most unique aspects of the reformer is the range of positions that you can use. Exercises are taught in supine lying, kneeling, sitting, standing on the reformer, standing to the side of the reformer and much more. This ability to alter the position of the exercise to a significantly more functional and upright approach leads to excellent results for teachers and clients alike.

Studio Classes - By attending a studio class you agree to take responsibility for your own safety in class, and will practice safely. You agree I (Ali Grace Wellness) cannot be held liable should and incident occur. You must declare all injuries, illnesses or medical conditions, and should health change, information will be updated. Payment is to be upfront & cannot be refunded.

Studio Memberships - By joining a membership you agree to recurring payments each month. Unfortunately missed classes cannot be refunded/rolled over. Depending on availability, you will be welcome to join another class, within that week. 

The monthly fee includes 6 weeks 'holiday'. During these weeks there will be no studio classes however a complimentary Zoom recording will be shared. You agree to take responsibility for the confidentiality of your password and login information and must not share it with anyone else.

Should you need to cancel your membership, you must do this yourself via your AGW account.

Zoom Classes - By joining live classes you agree to take responsibility for your own safety in class, and will practice safely. You agree I (Ali Grace Wellness) cannot be held liable should and incident occur. You must declare all injuries, illnesses or medical conditions, and should health change, information will be updated. Payment is to be upfront & cannot be refunded. If you miss a class for any reason you will receive the Zoom recording so you can catch up in your own time. 

Zoom Memberships - By joining a membership/pricing plan you agree to recurring payments until you cancel the membership/pricing plan through your account. You take responsibility for the confidentiality of your password and login information and must not share it with anyone else. Once you have joined chosen membership you understand you will be required to book each class through your account. The monthly fee includes 6 weeks 'holiday'. During these weeks there will be no live classes however a complimentary Zoom recording will be shared. You can cancel your membership at anytime. 

Online Studio - By joining the online studio you agree to take responsibility for your own safety, and will practice safely. You agree I (Ali Grace Wellness) cannot be held liable should an incident occur. You take responsibility for the confidentiality of your password and login information and must not share it with anyone else. You can cancel your subscription at anytime.

1:2:1 - You agree I (Ali Grace Wellness) cannot be held liable should and incident occur. You must declare all injuries, illnesses or medical conditions, and should health change, information will be updated. Payment is to be upfront and you agree to a strict 24 hour cancellation policy (you must cancel your session with 24 hours notice, thereafter it is deemed as used).

You understand I (Ali Grace Wellness) does not offer clinical Pilates, and you may be referred should I (Ali Grace Wellness) think appropriate.
