Exercises created by Joseph Pilates are taught to improve your posture, enhance and improve daily used movements, improve your strength, balance and stability. We will elongate, isolate and target specific body parts for a lean, toned body.This will aid weight loss, general health and fitness and will have tremendous positive contributions to daily activates.

Fundamentals of Pilates 
Stabilisation -To enhance stability we firstly must choose the right muscles to strengthen, then we must train them in the correct way.
Shoulder Girdle Stability  - In the same way the core muscles stabilise the spine, the scapulae also has stabilising muscles. These are the Trapezius and Serratus Anterior.
Lumbar Stability  - Starting each exercise in neutral position is ideal. Find neutral by tilting your pelvis forward and back, increasing lumber curve and then flattening the curve out. Find the position in the middle.
