Service Description
This class will be delivered via Zoom, from my home to yours! Exercises created by Joseph Pilates are taught to improve your posture, enhance and improve daily used movements, improve your strength, balance and stability. We will elongate, isolate and target specific body parts for a strong and mobile body. Classes are suitable for all levels but if you're new to Pilates, a 1:2:1 sessions is strongly recommended before joining a group class. Some class may require small equipment like a resistance band, or Pilates ball.
